It's come to my attention that the posters on NJOE are very judgemental when it comes to the liking and disliking
characters, plot lines, books, etc. So I thought I'd just get it over with and lay my cards on the table for anyone who cares.
First of all, I loved Anakin Solo. I mean really, I loved him. He was and is my favorite character of all time. I think it must be a teenager thing.
It took me years to reconcile with Troy Denning (cut me some slack; I was eleven and needed someone to blame). But then he went and wrote the bug books. If
you're a bug, I've got nothing against you personally, but the "What are we gonna do with the illegitimate daughter" and "OMG R2
actually record the prequel trilogy" subplots nonwithstanding, DN was non-stop bugs. It grated on my nerves.
And just as I was forgiving Denning for the bugs, he gives us Invincible. Now let me make something perfectly clear; I liked Invincible. I
loved how Jacen died (I'm a firm believer in multiply personalities) and how everything flowed together. I was unhappy that so many subplots were left
unresolved and even more upset when I learned that they are not likely to be resolved any time soon.
If you haven't started watching Lost; START. NOW. Before it's too late. The last season already started.
I'll give kudos to anyone who can give me one of the correct definitions of "Nirvana". Seriously.
